A pipette (micropipette) is an instrument that uses a piston to expand and contract through a spring to achieve liquid aspiration and dispensing. The working principle of a pipette is to use a piston to push out part of the air, then use atmospheric pressure to inhale liquid, and then the piston pushes the air out of the liquid. Pipettes can transfer liquids quantitatively and are widely used in chemistry, biology and other fields.
